Modern Slavery Statement
Our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
Statement
Devology Labs has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, and any form of exploitation.
This statement is published voluntarily and reflects our commitment to comply with the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and equivalent international standards, regardless of whether the statutory turnover threshold applies to us in any given financial year.
Our business
DEVOLOGY.IO Limited (London), DEVOLOGY LABS, LLC (Delaware), and Visdata Kft. (Budapest) together provide cloud-native software engineering, architectural consulting, and product delivery services to enterprise and consumer clients. Our team is small, senior, and either directly employed or engaged on individual contracts.
Supply chain
Our supply chain is concentrated in regulated, low-risk service categories — primarily cloud infrastructure providers, professional services, software vendors, and corporate services. We have no involvement in manufacturing, primary industries, or labour-intensive supply chains.
Risks and due diligence
We assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain as low. We choose suppliers that operate in jurisdictions with strong labour protections and that publish their own modern slavery statements where required by law.
We will not knowingly engage with any party that has been credibly linked to modern slavery, human trafficking, or forced or child labour.
Awareness and reporting
Team members are made aware of this statement on joining. Any concern about possible modern slavery in our operations or supply chain should be reported to the directors immediately. Concerns can also be reported to the relevant authority — in the UK, the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
Review
This statement is reviewed and republished at least annually.
