Devology Labs is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do — from hiring and engagement decisions through to client and supplier relationships.

We will not tolerate discrimination, harassment, victimisation, or bullying on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. These are the protected characteristics under the UK Equality Act 2010, and we apply equivalent standards in all jurisdictions in which we operate.

This policy applies to DEVOLOGY.IO Limited (London), DEVOLOGY LABS, LLC (Delaware), and Visdata Kft. (Budapest) and covers all employees, contractors, clients, suppliers, candidates, and visitors.

We make recruitment, engagement, promotion, and progression decisions on the basis of merit. Job descriptions, interviews, and assessments are designed to be inclusive and to avoid bias.

Reasonable adjustments are offered for candidates and team members with disabilities or other access needs.

We expect all team members to treat one another, our clients, and our suppliers with respect and dignity. Inappropriate language, "banter" that targets protected characteristics, and exclusionary behaviour are not acceptable.

Any concerns about discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment should be raised with the engagement lead or directly with the directors. Concerns will be investigated promptly, fairly, and confidentially. Retaliation against anyone raising a genuine concern is itself a breach of this policy.

This policy is reviewed at least annually. We monitor the diversity of our team and engagements informally and adjust our practice where we can do better.
